      I ordered a motor for my car. The motor never came. I called the seller and asked for a tracking number was given a number that did not exist. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. ****** told me there would be no refund because I filed a dispute the seller Also told me the motor would be delivered on April 19, 2024. He said if it doesnt arrive, I will give you a full refund never came. They refused to refund my money. This company has many complaints about people in the same situation as I am, please help me to warn other people of this companies, unscrupulous tactics to cheap people out of their heart of money thank you

      We have received an order for a 2007 Mini ****** S, Used Engine
      on 8th April, 2024 . Customer made a payment of $2800 on April ********
      towards the **** he requested. We started the inspection and testing
      process and was about to ship the item out but meanwhile the customer
      disputed the transaction within 4 days. However it was clearly mentioned that within 7-8 working business day item will be delivered.

      Hi I purchased a motor back in December 1, 2022. Ive been promised my refund, I was told the check was at the post office, 2 times promised a wire transfer wait 7 days no deposit, told owner was out sick, their bank account hacked. Please send me my refund. Ive sent tons of * **** I call Im Placed on hold sometimes I get disconnected. Ive been more than patient. I need my refund please its august 2023.

      I purchase a 5.9 ******** engine diesel for a **** dodge ram on the day 3/11/22 for the amount of ***** to Xautocare and they tell me that that engine it will take 7 to 14 days to arrive but at this time still don't receive nothing all the time I call them all I received is pure excuses that they have trouble sending the engine 2 months ago I asked them for a refund and a guy call ***** tell me that he all ready send the paperwork to the billing department every week I call them and they alltell me that ***** can't answer the call that he will get in contact me but never received no calls all I want is that they give me my refund of ***** dollars

      ( March 10 , 2022 ) I transferred 1100$ to xautocare *** LLC for the Purchase of a Motor for my vehicle . To day is ( April 12 , 2022 ) I was I formed before the purchase it would take 5 to 7 working Days . As you plainly see that is a False Statement . Since I have called and received many false statements , to many to Mention . I was left on hold and they never Returned , pick up the phone and hang back up , phone rings no answer . Caller ID . Because they greets me without me telling whim I am . I just want a total refund ....

      A **** **** F-150 motor was purchased from xauto care on June 29, 2021. *********************, my grandfather paid almost $4,000 for it. Once it arrived, 2 weeks later, he paid to have it put in his truck. Not even 5 months later, on Feb 14th a rod shot through and made a hole in the side of the motor. I called the company to see what I needed to do to use the 5 year warranty and they told us that they couldn't help because it only had a 3 month warranty. That's not what I was told when we purchased it. They eventually told us to send pictures of the motor to a number that belonged to someone named ******** Pictures were sent on Feb 22st, and nobody ever called us back. So, 2 days later, my grandfather called and was told to send them to a different number. Still, nothing. I called again and was told to send them back to the first number. The first number called me and it was a man saying I had the wrong number. I called xauto back and they proceeded to give me a third number. The person I talked to the first day was very rude and didn't want to help us at all. I've seen others say the same. This company is taking thousands of dollars for car parts that aren't worth a quarter. My grandpa is 75 years old. He has been so worried about this and he shouldn't have too. They should do the right thing and fix it. I'll add pictures of the motor and the numbers I was told to send pictures too.

      I ordered a engine from *********** back in June of 2021 they sent the wrong one then told me that they would ship me another one went back and forth with them and finally they told me that they were going to refund my ************ did not & now they will not except my phone calls or emails
