Ron from All County came out and gave us a quote to extend our driveway. We specifically discussed ensuring there was continuity between the old and new driveway and he assured me the binder top would be on the entire driveway. Today they installed the asphalt and it’s the most unprofessional experience of my life. Chance the VP was on site and when I asked when they would be finished he said they wouldn’t and that they followed the contract, this was untrue. Chance even said and I quote “I questioned why anyone would do that.” Yet your organization proceeded. I was home, no attempt to discuss any concern was made. I’d like to add I am not a driveway expert when my fiancé and I called Ron, together, I specifically asked that the “binder” meant the whole driveway. He reassured me several times. Chance also points to the driveway drawing, which you can see from the quote attached this is not visible. The other employees on site acknowledged the same it made no sense. They are refusing to even discuss rectifying. Ron even acknowledging today on the phone that he said this would happen but All County won’t do it. The driveway is a complete hack job. In the contract they point to it says they will saw cut the driveway, which they did not. You can see in the photos the disaster along the way. There’s no straight line anywhere to be seen except where my fiancé fixed it and sent it to them! Their refusal to address the situation forces me to social media SO UNPROFESSIONAL RATING IS A 0.0
