This company is a terrible company for installing gutters I wouldn’t recommend anyone for that type of service.. I had went through lowes to get and estimate on gutters in April. Was told Diesel Construction was taking on the job and they should be contacting me. Didn’t hear from them so I had to keep contacting lowes to see what the problem was. Still didn’t hear back from anyone from April- June finally got a call back from a guy named Zack in which I had an appointment for June 20th took the day off for my gutters to be installed and he never showed up. So I called him and he answered and told me they was short staffed and he wouldn’t be able to call he never took it Upon himself to reach out to me to tell me he couldn’t make it but I had to call after 1 O’clock to find out what was going on. So he Told me that he will be out the next day which was the 23rd he never showed up nor called so I had to call Lowes again to find out what was going on with this guy Zack He wasn’t answering his phones at all for Lowe’s I try several times a contact him in the company to find out what was going on. Finally Zach contact me on July 8 and told me that he would be out on July 11 100% that he will be there and he never show never called or anything I tried to reach out to him several times he never answered the phone so I end up calling Lowes once again and they tried to reach him he never answered the phone for them neither but this is a company business that should be a reliable business for the customers to contact them to let them know what’s going on what do you was coming or not!! This is one of the worst experience that ever experienced to get gutters installed and to have to have this type of pain to not have my gutters install was the worst ever I would never recommend any want to go to this company especially if they have to get gutters done I’m not sure why or what the problem was but the company couldn’t reach back out to loyalty customer!! Very terrible business!!
