The last two times I have ordered cartridges from this company online and they have not shipped as many as I ordered. I have tried to contact them and they blocked my email. Incompetency at it's worst.Review from Sierra P

Wish I didnt even have to give them 1 star the last 3 vapes Ive bought have all been defective they tell me they cant do anything about it and the last 4 battery packs Ive bought have lasted maybe a month if that so done giving this business my hard earned money Im pissed!!!Review from Gary H

I am definitely not happy with this company I think it's a scam and a fraud because they're sitting there having all these companies listed under other things and then they're not actually able to contact those stores based on their websites and then also they each store and each state has its own BBB profile which is a little interesting because they all have the same name and they're all ran under the same website based on some of the other reviews I've read. Not only that but I went on the website expecting to have a normal transaction like I've always done through every other website for vape juice and this is the one website that I've ran into that literally stole my money never brought me my product even though I labeled the address correct. They even said that there was no specific number put down to define where it was supposed to go and that was absolutely false because I put down the full address. Also my contact information was there so if the package was lost then they could have informed me. Now they're saying the package hasn't shown back up to them even though it's been 2 weeks now and my money is not in my account and I don't have any vape juice I just called them to ask them what's going on and they said oh you talk to me last week which I never had spoke to her at all I was talking to somebody at a different store completely in a different state. And she saying they never received it back from their mailer and yet it obviously shows it wasn't sent back to them or received to me and so they still have an issued me my refund yet and I don't have any money for me to pay for my rent or anything that they owe me. So this is not only theft but this is online false advertisement. ILL CHANGE MY REVIEW ONCE I GET MY MONEY BACK AND OR MY PRODUCT YOU HAVE STOLEN FROM ME.
