I cancelled my membership to Orangetheory Fitness Akron back in May 2021. However, they continued to charge my credit card on file. I just discovered the charges last month. When I called the studio, the manager admitted it was an error by a former employee and my request for cancellation was clear but never processed. When I asked for a full refund, they denied the request.Business response

I was told in the beginning that I could cancel at anytime. Not only did I tell them I canceled it, but I had to Repeatedly tell them via text, phone call, email. They continue to charge my credit card every month even though it has been almost a year now of them doing so. They refuse to Cease and Desist. I want them to stop charging me immediately. I also want refunded my money.Business response
