**** ************** *** ************ Terrible customer service. I have been contacting company for over 6 months to schedule garage siding installation date concerning closure of my homeowners insurance damage claim. It has just been one excuse after another with scheduling repair contract issues.

Consumer stated the business was supposed to show today and did not. Also stated the business wanted to leave the siding at the home and the consumer refused and wants the business to bring the siding with the installers. The consumer is having surgery soon and needs the work completed or her down payment refunded as soon as possible.

Consumer stated the business has completed the work, however they did not provide a invoice or paid in full receipt. Consumer is requesting a paid in full receipt and also proof that the subcontractors sent to complete the job were paid in full. Consumer also wants to make sure that the electrician the business had to hire (due to them breaking a pipe/conduit during service) is paid by the business due to it being their responsibility and not the consumers.

Consumer stated they are unhappy. The business should not be charging them for the electrician when the business broke the pipe/ conduit. The front of the garage needs to be resided by the business at no charge to the consumer. The other 3 sides of the garage are not sided properly. The job was not done correctly due to the business not ordering enough siding.

The business stated they had bought the amount of siding that the insurance would cover. The consumer initially paid for the shipping. If the consumer would like the front resided, they would be responsible for buying a whole box of siding and paying for shipping. Regarding the electrician bill, the business informed the consumer they would of turned it into the insurance company, but the consumer called and said no and that they would pay for it on their own. The business stated the insurance typically covers this and they can try and push it through or speak with the insurance company for the bill. The consumer complained the same week the business was scheduled to come out and do the job. The business called the consumer multiple times to schedule the consumer and they cancelled for various reasons and ultimately told the business they would like it done in March.

I am rejecting this response because: ***** ******* owner of Arbor Ridge Constuction measured the garage before the siding was ordered that was their mistake and did not give the information that homeowner insurance did not quote enough siding materials for them or I to contact my homeowner insurance adjuster for lack of siding materials or the opportunity to reject contract not my fault assumed they were honest and correct with measurements. Arbor Ridge did not contact my insurance company prior to the electrical repair being made and homeowner insurance will not cover the cost of invoice from sub-contractor Haywood Electric Inc. (not BBB accredited). Arbor Ridge scheduled garage installation twice during unfavorable weather conditions deliberately we had to cancel appointments, I contacted them multiple times during good weather conditions, and they never returned my call or just did not arrive for a scheduled appointment date. Arbor Ridge took 7 months to complete garage. Siding wasn't installed properly due to lack of materials. Siding sub-contractors damaged electric PVC raceway feeding power to panel in garage then sent overcharged invoice from Haywood electric. This issue has been brought to their attention and company hasn't offered to resolve faulty work. They have corrupt contracts with dishonesty. Feel scammed and cheated financially. Don't hire or trust.

Consumer is requesting a copy of all permits necessary to perform the service and an invoice for siding subcontractors as well as the name of the business.
