On 11/28//2023 I received an eMail from this company saying that I had been selected for a FREE LAPEL CAMERA (I have had similar offers in the past, one recently for a knife which was legitimate) and all I had to do was pay for $10.47 shipping charges. On 11/29/2023, the business billed my **** ** ******* Mastercard Account. Much to my shock & surprise, then on 12/4/2023, I discovered the merchant, who billed my account using the name "doubleaxelsbicycleesse" with a telephone number of ************ (**********), billed the same **** ** ******* Mastercard Account $74,12! I called the number and a man with an extremely hard to understand accent refused to tell me the actual name of the merchant & his phone number. He said he was just a go-between or words to that effect. He further informed me that there would be a $74.12 CHARGE EVERY MONTH for the duration for the camera! I told him the solicitation email was fraudulent & deceptive; that I would never pay $74.12 monthly for a camera, much less for a camera that had been advertised as BEING FREE & only requiring the shipping charge to be paid. He then offered me 50% off the monthly $74.12 charge, I refused & asked that the transaction be cancelled & that I be given a full refund. I also told him I would be disputing the billing with **** ** ******* Mastercard & would report it as a fraud. We were getting nowhere so I hung up the phone & proceeded to file a Billing Dispute with **** ** *******. This merchant is OUTRAGEOUS & I see I am not the only one who has felt cheated, misled by this merchant. Above all, I find the name used in the billing and the phone number to be a tactic for the seller to avoid having his identity revealed. I was only able to find out the actual name after I keyed in the PO Box number, city and state & "Free Lapel Camera Offer". That's how I came to find out there had been complaints against this company on Better Business Bureau.

On 9/16/2023I was sent an email for a free RFID wallet, pay for shipping only, plus an addition discount if you used a mastercard. Since I need a new wallet, I clicked the link and paid the $5.82. There was a few other links to get you to purchase other items, which I declined. Order# ********* When I received the item on 9/21/2023, decided to check my bank account and noticed a purchase of $86.31, which I never authorized and never gave authority or consent for my card to be charged that amount. I contacted *** ******** **** and disputed the charge, and cancelled the card used. I called the company at *** ******** and was given a cancelation code of *****, but I was unsure of what that meant. I called the number back again and spoke to Ingrid and I said I never authorized the charge. She told me i didn't read it, and they will not refund the $86.31. This is a scam and they hid the cancellation information and sucker you into joining a club for a monthly fee. There is a second address associated with this company: **** ******* ***** *** **** ********* ** ********** ********************

I was contacted by the company on 09/22/23 and they left a message with an offer of 30% refund. I was unable to respond to the message because I was working at the time of the call. I am unsure about accepting anything less than a full refund because this company preys on people and I think it's fair to reward them with 70% of my money they obtained through unethical means. But I also have a feeling that I will not receive anything because this company has a lot of experience with dishonest practices in order to scam people out of their hard earned funds.

      Thank you for your time.

Re: Order # ********* This company advertised a tactical shovel in an email July 11,2023 “ use your mastercard and pay only $5.80 “. Several days after ordering the shovel my card was charged for $76.87 ( July 15, 2023 ). and then they charged me $39.93 from an affiliate company Shine Photo. I NEVER gave them permission to charge my credit card for anything other than the $5.80 and I have no idea who Shine Photo is ( located in ******* ). This company has several names associated with their address ( PO Box *****, ****** **** *****) including the name Exclusive Warehouse Direct. I have contacted the number on my receipt ( never picked up their phone, was on hold for 45 mins ) and also sent them an email with no response and no refund back to my card. Very deceptive and by giving my information to a company in *******, I consider this as “ Identity Theft “. I have found many complaints on the internet ( including Consumers Affairs ) with a similar offer for $5.80 ultimately ending up with several unauthorized charges on their credit card a few days later. The item was ordered under my husband’s name and paid for with my credit card under my name. It is a shame that this company is taking advantage of people. I would like a full refund back to my card. Thanks In Advance

I was charged $59.96 on 06/06/2023 after purchasing a floating device for shipping cost of $5.80. The name of the transaction is registering as Arrival Photo on my credit card stament. The company is part of bargain deals warehouse direct. This information was given to me when i contacted the number on the credit card statement **************. The information on the site does not give you any information that was told by the customer service representative. ***** employee ID *** stated the charges occur after 48 hours and are recurring monthly. I never agreed to any of these terms. NO gift card was provided, since according to the representative I could not receive a refund due to receiving a gift card. This is not the case, I have not received anything, I would like for you to do the correct thing and refund the transaction, as i never provided authorization to bill my credit card for a charge to a membership which i have no knowledge about nor the functionality of the recurring charge attempted to charge. The representative refused to transfer me to a supervisor, and two reps prior just hung up. Representative provided Account Number ******

A pool float was purchased for shipping at a cost of 5.80 on 06/02/2023. After reviewing my credit card transaction history prior to making a payment I realized the charge on the credit card for $59.96 The company on the credit card appears to be Arrival Photo with a phone number of ************

However, the original site was *************************

When i called the phone number on the credit card, they alleged that the fee was charged due to a supposed gift card. There is no such gift card, it never provided this information on the website. They are a scamming company utilizing various portal in order to deviate from the fraud schemes they are committing.

The address obtained is from the package as the customer service phone number would not provide any information.

PO BOX ****** ****** ******** Phone number ************ with a support email address of *******************************************
