We have been a customer for many years. We were lucky enough to add ******** to our family from Pets Pajamas. Sadly, our two dogs are no longer with us. They lived 17.5 and 14.5 wonderful years. We are now looking for another pup. We have visited the store numerous times and the owner and staff are always friendly and kind. Maybe people who think the store is a playground for their kids should go to a real playground. Puppies are not toys.Review from Kayla J

Just left this store after being told to put down every puppy we picked up as every other person walked around with other puppies. The owner talked to the other employee about us and our children. I have bought two puppies from here & i will NOT be coming back.

We are sorry that we were not allowing anyone to pick up the puppies. At the time there were 3 families with 3 to 4 children in each. All the children were picking up the puppies and carrying them throughout the store. One child dropped a puppy. We are sorry if you thought we singled your family out. Our top priority always is the health and welfare of our animals. We do hope that you understand.Review from Jamie M

This store is excellent and takes great pride in caring for their animals. The owner has been in the business for over 30 years and has worked very hard to create an inviting environment with a variety of unique items. I have been a customer since 1990 and have gotten a variety of animals from her over the years. She really does care about her customers and the pets they sell.The Pet's Pajamas Response

I stopped in with my boys to look at the puppies. We hope to have one someday but arent ready yet. When we asked to hold one , the owner stared at me, put down her phone without a word and got him out. The only thing she said to us was are you thinking of getting one? And when I explained not yet, she became rude and stand offish. When my boys started talking about holding another pup, she said I think thats enough for today and was very rude to us once she found out we werent purchasing today. When we are ready to purchase a dog, it wont be from her. Also, it smelled absolutely awful in the store.Review from Z. M.

Very rude staff. Called me a foul name when I walked away all because I asked to hold a puppy. Dogs arent taken care of. And have flees. Im so disappointed in the way the animals are taken care of.The Pet's Pajamas Response

Why would anyone be rude to you? We are a place where people come and enjoy themselves. Checking the video in the store confirmed no confrontation from the employee. She was doing her job by supervising the pets. Your remark about mistreating the animals is absolutely ridiculous. Please do not come into our store againCustomer Response

Its not ridiculous. Your employee was extremely rude. Not to just me but to multiple other people. Their job is to let me meet the animal as it couldve been a potential addition to my family. I showed my id and everything I was supposed to and she wanted to run her mouth. The other couple that was in there went through the same thing. And Ive known people whove worked here and can confirm that the dogs and cats are mistreated. They get the animals from puppy ***** and people who Inbreed. There are multiple resources on this. Trust and believe that I was not planning to return to this store. Especially because yall dont know how to properly train your employees. Or hire ones that have common sense nor do they have any sort of polite customer service. How did you review the cameras if I never stated when I was in the store? Very sketchy.
