On December 24, 2002, at 12:04pm, I placed a mobile order using the little Caesars app. I always follow the tracker so that I know when the order is coming. At 12:30 pm I was notified by text that the dasher picked up my order and that it would arrive in 10 minutes. In the next two minutes, the driver (******* *) stopped on Triplett avenue for approximately 15 minutes. It was snowy that day and I was giving him the benefit of the doubt because maybe his car was stuck so I didn't think much of it. Not even a minute later he marked the order as cancelled. I immediately called little Caesars and asked if my order had actually been picked up. The guy that answered yes, he picked it up and dude stole your order. Then he said we are currently closed so I cant do anything for you, and added that I needed to call Door Dash support to get a refund. This place uses Door Dash to deliver its pizzas but the problem is when I called Door Dash, I was told since I ordered from Little Caesars app that they need to handle the refund. It is now December 27, 2022, and I have emailed little Caesars twice and tried to call only to be on hold for two hours each time. I ordered 40.00 worth of food and it was stolen by a driving company they chose to deliver the food so they need to give me a refund. My food actually cost 29.37 but I was charged 11.00 more for delivery charge and tip for the driver so it comes out to 40.59.Business response

To whom it may concern,
She was told to call little caesars customer service and they would take care of it. I understand the frustration of being on hold, but no little caesars store has the power to refund money from an order that was placed online. The only way to do it is to stick it out on the phone and get your money back. She was told this multiple times. I am sorry the food got stolen but there is literally nothing I can do to refund her money.
