Where do I start ? ***** the owner Went above and beyond to find my dream car!! Not only was the car not local but went out his way to find my vehicle out of state. This is the 2nd car Ive purchased through them and I can homely say I wont shop anywhere else. So easy to deal with communication was so easy. Usually when you go to a car dealership you feel like a customer not here. I felt like family and made my car buying experience fun and easy Thank you guys Again !!!!

This has been such a great experience. When they say they work with any credit they do! Salesmen,management and the customer service was a very pleasant experience. Great finance department, the best in the world in my opinion. I went to about 10 dealerships, and then I put a little money down and finally got something affordable, nice and was able to drive in style while rebuilding my credit. Go see these guys, you wont be disappointed!!!

AH RIDE WITH PRIDE AUTO GROUP, ***********. Akron OH.The company is a scam. Purchased a 2018 jeep compass from them which was stated to have ALL the packages like sun roof, towing, navigation (which they said there website pulls the info from the vin and packages may not be accurate, a complete cop out so they can continue selling garbage and scamming people.... paid $20,000 and received a basic model with a huge dent in the front of the car, a tire that leaks air, a check engine light, a scraping sound when braking and hitting a bump, and a CRAZY propeller sound when driving over 50 mph. They lied about delivery dates several times, they have said they are going to send pictures to prove that the damages were in the posting but that was a month ago so its doubtful they even exist.AVOID this place, I made the mistake of not doing my research. It easy to see with all the poor reviews.

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Malibu from A-H Ride n Pride, and I have not had any issues with the vehicle. It is been over a year now, and it’s still going strong! I had an enjoyable experience, ***** and ****** both were extremely professional, the process was very straightforward. Test drove before purchase, read everything, they answered all the questions I had, and even offered me coffee. To be completely honest… I have had dealership anxiety for a long time, went on lots and walked off… been through the stereotypical car salesman experience and it left a bad taste in my mouth, and despite this they ended up making it super easy on me. I actually didn’t have a problem the entire process. No high pressure sales, everything was simple, & I was able to do half of my stuff before I even got there. Genuinely recommend! (My credit wasn’t the best, and I really needed a vehicle. They didn’t take advantage of the situation, they actually helped me and that is the very thing I’ve hoped to find at other places. Tell another car lot that you’re in desperate need and they’ll push the worst thing they have on you. I actually feel I got a good deal, and a good vehicle, on top of this being my first full transaction at a dealership. 10/10 recommended! Thank you Ride N Pride for the vehicle!! I’ll be back soon as it’s paid off!!

The most DISHONEST, LYING, and CROOKED BUSINESS I have ever had the MISFORTUNE to deal with!! ***** the OWNER, and **** his SALESMAN were so DISHONEST, and CROOKED! I bought a2012 BMW they advertised was in EXCELENT CONDITION, WHAT A JOKE!! It had a oil leak when I purchased it. They talked me into a WARRANTY told me they would have WARRANTY Co. take care of it, they 100% lied about what WARRANTY would cover.! It was a problem the car had when I purchased it. They told me too drive for a few days ,and they would get WARRANTY to take care of it, LIE! The engine went bad with in 400 miles, they wouldn't do ANYTHING about it. I put car on a trailer, and hauled it back to them the next day 140 miles from where I live they had a garage pick it up ,and haul to a garage in Cleveland to see what problem was with motor. They would not pay for anything! I ended up having to pay their bill at that garage for 400.00 dollar to be able to get car back, because they wouldn't pay it. Paid to have car tilt bedded back to a garage in my area. Found out it was a turbo oil line problem the car had before I purchased it. It DID NOT run out of oil, the turbo line problem caused it to pump all the oil out of oil pan up into the dry intake manifold, which starved the bottom end of oil ,and took the bearings out of motor. Besides this the EXCELENT CONDITION VEHICLE, according to what they advertised on web site needed front brakes,and rotors, delay wipers don't work, and back up camera doesn't work! Who knows what else Im going to find wrong with it. So far I have spent over $11000.00 just to get it running, and still need to fix the other problems . So I just want to WARN ANYONE looking to purchase a used vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM - AH RIDE WITH PRIDE AUTO GROUP in Akron OH, they also have two other locations MOST DISHONEST CROOKED PEOPLE I ever dealt with!! Owner *****,

A-H Ride N Pride AKRON pushy sales tactics and then proceeds to call me a liar. Salesman (if you want to call it that) says he told me about a separate warranty option yet I knew nothing about the cost of it or what it covered until today. He wanted me to sign papers before I even test drove the car. I didn’t know that a separate warranty was even an option until today. I called them in response to a review I left on google last week. I never received a call back from them last week or the time before. They say they want to work with you, but it seems like they’ll work with you until paperwork is signed then it’s up to you to figure it out. I wasn’t told about a service fee that was charged to the down payment until I seen it in my account, which was part of the reason of my initial call 2 weeks ago. Again he swears that I was told about it, yet the paper I signed stated a set amount to handle the down payment and never stated about a service charge nor have I ever had to pay a service charge for a down payment on a vehicle purchase. No apology for the lack of response when I was told that I would get a call back. No apology for now dealing with a car that is going to need major repairs so soon after purchase (mind you it’s been barely a month), no offering to rectify the issue aside from the after the fact info about a warranty other than well you can pay xyz, to buy a warranty now. While initially I appreciated that they were able to work with me to help out in a tough situation, I’m beginning to wonder if the price was worth it due to the lack of service they seem to be willing to offer. At first I was leaning to say it was an overall positive experience with the buying process aside from the few hiccups but now the negatives are starting to really outweigh the positives. As someone who’s worked decades in both sales and customer service I really hope that they are willing or able to start making changes about how things are handled.
