This place is a scam. My husband passed away on June 24th. Called them a couple of days later to get the payoff amount for the car. The lady was rude and asked who was responsible for the payments now. Then said she needed to make certain that he passed. Also they had no problem talking to me then and had even stated that I was a person they where allowed to give information to. Cue to me calling back on Aug. 9th to once again get the payoff amount. Was told this time since I never signed anything they could not talk to me. The lady was rude when I told her if that was the case then I had no reason to tell them where the car is sitting since they are wanting to repo it. And they have a clause in the contract stating that if you die you break the contract and will not help you when you reach out to them. Also have a friend that had 2 cars repo from them but they had no problem to still take out the automatic payments every other week. I would not recommand this company to my worse nightmareReview from Dana R

There need to be a"0" rating in the service department. I've had my car in several times in the year and a half I've had it. You schedule an appointment which can take up to a month to get in. There are always cars in front of your car. I dropped mine off at 8a called at 3:30 still not in. Didn't call saying they're keeping it. This place is a joke!!!! My payment in time every month yet can't fix my car right or a timely manner. I will never get a car from them again!!!! It's not the amount that upsets me it's the service department. If your car are good running cars why are there so many on the lot daily to be fixed?!!! Stay awayReview from Daniell S

Place is a huge scam from the beginning. Theyre all liars and thieves. I had my car repaired there and it was completely ransacked and everything was gone. Theyll lead you on to believe one thing but the fine print says the exact opposite. These ppl are money hungry scum bags. Absolutely do not recommend.Review from bryan s

22% finance charge for a 2017 car with a crdit score over 700 with 1500 down. The vehicle was also ****** mile. Price gaulging. I really should have went else where. But ****** learned will never do business with them again.Review from laura d

I have been telling the jd byrider in ********** ********* to stop calling me ever since I was denied credit over a year ago. And here we are a year later and still getting calls emails and texts. Even after I blocked there number. So I called them and once again asked to stop being called. This idiot told me It may take over 30 days to get the calls and such to stop. Hmm I asked over a year ago so they lie and just use other means to call and text and email you. I'm sick of this c*** JUST STOP AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! NOW!!!!Review from Joseph K

You'd do better borrowing the money from an ex spouse. Came in to Ashtabula, Ohio dealership because i saw a car there. "No money down" all over the web page and the dealership, nothing about conditions applying. Supersize! everyone who goes there has to have money down. Not only don't they have the car i was looking for. The idiots make me drive down to Akron in one of their cars. When I get there the car has higher mileage than the one I was looking for (the scum bags never told me it was a different car than I came in to look at). Within 2 weeks the bad battery gave up the ghost. A simple inspection before the sale would have solved that. Also they won;t do anything about the check engine light that was one when I took the car off the lot. The scum bags also want to complain for lowering the insurance coverage while I recover from surgery and the car is sitting in my driveway collecting dust. If I wanted to be harassed for a payment being 5 seconds late and petty bull I'd still be talking to the ex-wife.Review from Valerie R
