Additional Information for Supreme Organic Labs

A file review was performed due to the number of complaints we have received for this business. For the three-year reporting period, Supreme Organic Labs has received 17 complaints.

2.) Consumers are not billed correctly. Additionally, orders cancelled prior to the completion of the transaction are still shipped and billed.
3.) When consumers have contacted the business' customer service, it has been unresponsive, difficult to reach and/or have supplied incorrect information.
4.) The business has often not been responsive to complaints when notified by BBB.

BBB strongly suggests that Supreme Organic Labs submits a response to the 13 complaints that have been closed as “No Response.” Supreme Organic Labs should consider reviewing your internal policies and procedures due to the increase in BBB complaints.

1 - Having better communication with consumers, for example: dedicating a department readily available to assist with consumer concerns.
2 - Providing a more accurate explanations of the current status of consumer warranty/guarantee claims and process regarding damaged or missing items.
3 - Notifying consumers of the company’s billing process and methods consumers can take for quick resolve.
