I prepaid for services. I canceled services. I have not been refunded, its been over a month, and several phone calls later. I keep getting the run around.Business response

As part of our initial procedures all patients sign and acknowledge that if payments are made and the patient discontinues treatment at any time that a refund will be made once we receive ALL explanations of benefits so we can apply the payments to the patients out of pocket that the health insurance demands. I explained this 2 times when this individual called in to the office as it had not even been 30 days since payment or service and that it can take 30 days to receive correspondence from the health insurance and we were working on posting as quick as we could. I also stated that this was explained in the initial paper work that was signed and dated by this individual and that as soon as we received the last EOB that a check would be issued for a refund if any. Unfortunately, we terminated this individuals significant other and feel that this is some animosity due to that situation.
