Dentist and staff were very kind! But process and payments were very misleading. Bills from refresh and my eob from insurance never matched. When asking the office manager, shanley said they only run procedures they know your insurance covers through insurance.. which seems unethical.. and was incorrect. Some of the procedures my insurance didn’t cover still showed up on my eob… was worried about miscoding and was told I was billed everything up front for them to run things through my insurance way after the fact. Example- feb. had my initial appointments… charged 3000 for everything needed done.. it is now end of may and some major things have yet to be run through insurance. I was told if I over paid they would keep the credits for future work?? I wish this would have been communicated before hand. The process definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Like I said the dentist was very kind and comforting. I wish he had more help…. I had to have 5-7 partials put in during the 3 months. They never fit right and broke very easily. Now having my final bridge in.. very disappointing that it doesn’t feel right. It doesn’t look natural, isn’t the right color, and I feel an edge along the entire back. I also see a spot in the front where my tooth underneath is exposed. I feel the assistants are doing more work than some are ready for. Paying 3000 and the final work seems incomplete. Now I will be constantly worried the two teeth they determined needed crowns will be ruined and more money and trauma to my mouth to fix.

Watch , these people tell you to bring an amount to pay for your issues then later will bill you after telling you what they think insurance will cover . They should tell you to bring the full amount and let you turn it into the insurance company . It’s very misleading .
