Awful location! Waited 25 minutes for a caramel frappe and ended up having to get a refund. The level of incompetence working at this McDonalds is absolutely astonishing! Never seen such awful workers and staff in my life. Plus there are bugs all over this location.

I arrived at the location, and checked in, by 5:20 PM. At 5:38 PM, after watching 20 or more cars go through the drive-thru, I called the store. After being put on hold, the individual that answered the phone magically had my order in her hand to bring out. She comes out and hands me my order, apologizing and wishing me a good day. I stopped her as she didn't bring out the beverage I ordered. When I got home, we realized the "no onions" requested in the app was missed when preparing the food, but I had no receipt from the store.I hate that your app waits until we are at the store to start making food, but understand the need so you can ensure freshness. But I would have been home 15 minutes soon had I just gone through the drive-thru instead of the app.Even if the above is a location specific issue, your app makes it INFURIATING to try and report an issue. You ask for detailed information from the visit, but since I had no receipt, I had to flip to my email and my phone GPS timeliness to gather this data. Your app resets to the Home screen any time you leave and return to the app. I had to literally write things down to complete this form.The phone number field below won't default to a ten key instead of a traditional keyboard, and if you let a keyboard auto fill after typing the first two digits, the app now thinks you entered the first two digits twice. I haven't visited ********** in over a year. Now, I remember why.
