Ordered a pole building kit for 43,067.23. The kit was missing parts and had some damaged parts. I spent 2 weeks calling everyday with people transferring me to other people and placing blame on different departments. Now for the past week I cant get amy responses from anyone but the secretary that pushes my call to more people that do not answer or respond to my messages. I don't even care about the damaged pieces as I have already had to install them to get my building built. The problem is the missing garage door panels and hardware that I desperately need to be able to seal this building up.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/01/24) */ It is unfortunate that the complaint has validity. We are as good as our supply chain. Our garage door vendor, ProDoor, has proven over the past 10 months that they are inept on many fronts. They were unable to adjust and overcome all of the issues surrounding Covid. We, as an organization, we too slow to move away from them. In Mr. *******'s situation, we are in a difficult position. His doors and panels were unique to ProDoor. As a result, we are, regrettably, at their mercy of poor quality and poor customer service. We have, and will continue to, put pressure on ProDoor to right this on behalf of Mr. ******* and our other customers as quickly as possible.
