On 9/24/21 I took Athens Sports Cycles my Yamaha Wolverine Side by Side for damage and an insurance claim. They stated it needed a new frame. I have to call them for updates, I never get called and updated, and now the possible ship date for the new frame is July 2022. I’ve been with a broken machine this entire time and Athens Sports Cycles has the payment already for the repairs. 1. Not getting updates 2. Major manufacturers not providing parts 3. Money is in their hands 4. My $14,000 machine not working properly while I waitBusiness response

We are aware of the delay issues they all stem from the back log caused by the global pandemic, as we too have frames from Yamaha still on backorder for our own machines. We have made numerous call too Yamaha with no real success other than they are trying to fill backorders as quickly as possible. As there are no other sources for this part we are at the mercy of the manufacturer to supply us. Please understand we have made many attempts to get these items from Yamaha with no good time lines for delivery.Tell us why here...Sincerely ******* ******* Pres. Hello according to the information from the manufacturer Yamaha they list 7-28-22 as the new estimated ship date. unfortunately we have no control of this matter and we do feel the customers frustration. We have attached a screen shot of the order for your viewing. Thanks so much William Kottyan
