I was scheduled for an eye appointment on 02/23/2023 at 3pm with Pearle Vision. They called me at 2:30pm (a half hour before my scheduled appointment) to inform me they had to reschedule due to illness in their office. I rescheduled my appointment for 03/07/2023 at 4:20pm. I got a call on 03/07/2023 at 9:06AM indicating they had to cancel my appointment again due to a change in schedule. When I tried to call them back, I received no answer and had to leave a voicemail. This is the second time they have cancelled my appointment with less than a 24-48 hour notice. I am scheduled to go out of town next week (on 03/15/2023) and I desperately need my eyes checked before I go out of town. Given this organization's lack of planning, they have not given me ample time to get my eye appointment rescheduled and get the necessary contact/glasses prescription that I need. I have done my part as a consumer in trying to schedule ahead of my travel plans, but this organization has put me in a very tough position with my travel coming up next week. The resolution I am seeking is for them to facilitate my eye appointment no later than Thursday 03/09/2023 and expedite my contact/glasses prescription needed in time for traveling by 03/15/2023.
