I ordered and paid the deposit for the building on 8/31/23. The salesman told me that he had personally confirmed that the building was ready and would be at my location in 2-3 weeks. It is g9 weeks now and I am told it will be another 14+ days before the building will be shipped. I call the "project manager" and are told that updated information will be gathered and sent to me. I then have to follow up with an email or I will not receive any updated information. Very frustrating dealing with these folks.Review from Kevin R

US Patriot Steel buildings are great. As a general contractor it is difficult to find a reputable company and also consistent with their product. That is not the case with them. I have erected 9 steel buildings for my clients and 1 for myself. The buildings have been delivered on time so I can stay on track with my clients, get their buildings put up and have been delivered exactly as discussed. If I have any questions or need something their project management Team is on top of it. I will continue to use US Patriot Steel's buildings for my projects.Review from Chris H

I’m a general contractor and I use patriots steal all the times for their buildings. Great customer service by and strong buildings.
