Hired him to rewire my 1908 Historic Home. Agreed to pay as he completed parts of the work. I paid $18,500 for the work and he never came back to finish the job. I have a new electrician in now that is charging mw $6202 to get the home o where it will be safe and not catch fire. He left open live wires lying around, Had to hire a cleaning crew to clean his mess of food trash, cigarette butts as well as trash form the job. Has to repair $10,000 of drywall damage created by him and his crew. *Drywall damage *live wires left upcapped *wire burned on the back porch * Did not install smoke/CO detectors I paid for, did not leave the products to install *whole sections of the home need rewires. *trash clean up required *job site left unsafe *Job left unfinished *8 Charged me for switches even though I provided my own *Left us without electricity since Aug 31st and we are still not fully up and running. *Almost all the work he completed has to be redone I have photos, texts messages and proof of payment if needed.
