I was referred to 360 veterans and I confirmed my appointment twice and still they never called or anything, very disappointed since people make appointments is to keep them, I had to arrange my schedule just for this appointment just to waste my time. One and hour and counting after confirming twice. Obviously this company don’t take consideration people have other things to do. If they had zero stars that’s what I would give them. But unfortunately I have to give them 1 since that’s the lowest I can give them.Review from Josh F

I would highly recommend working with 360 Veteran for working with disability claim increases. I had attempted to navigate my claims through research and still was just shy of getting to the next 10%. 360 Veteran took the time to meet with me and determine if pursuing further was a good option. They let me know it was a strong possibility and explained the ins and outs. After deciding to move forward with my claim increase, 360 Veteran guided me through the process every step of the way. They left no stone unturned. They also speedily answered any of my questions or concerns. Their commitment and diligence of working with me was successful! I received my final decision with claim increase. My only regret is that I didn't reach out sooner!Review from Patrick W

Superb experience with 360 Veteran here from a veteran who had had a bad experience with the VA disability application process previously. They expertly helped me get through the process with total transparency and perfect coaching every step of the way. I can't even believe how well it went. 360 Veteran is the expert for increasing your current VA disability rating! I cannot thank them enough for their assistance. I went from 40% to 100% after 18 years of thinking I had been misevaluated! I joined a virtual seminar on LinkedIn and actually spoke with Steven after. Best decision since chosing to serve for 21 years. They were professional, straight forward, honest, transparent, and best of all, results-oriented! I felt like they were always with me as I went through the process. I’m an Army vet and Steven is a Marine, he is absolutely amazing and they get back to you so fast. He actually emailed me back multiple time the Saturday that I got my final rating. This is a life changing moment and they were amazing for me and my family. The process took less than a year! I have had a very positive experience with 360 Veteran and Steven's team! They explained in detail what I had to do to gather my records, the process to complete the application and assisted me through each milestone along the way. It led to a successful review of my application for disability and has led to providing us the financial support related to my disabilities. Steven Crane and the 360 Veteran Team are straight forward and honest. They do what they say they will do, they are professional, efficient and always available. Steven B. Crane and his company, 360 Veteran, were absolutely amazing with my disability increase. I went from 70% to 100%!!! All of my new claims were rated at the highest rate. Their team did an awesome job of capturing every detail and ensuring I was heard and understood. If you're looking to get help with your VA disability increase, reach out to them. It will be the best decision you ever made. Their part was completed in 4 months, which was during COVID still having some place shut down and on restrictions. The VA responded in 3 months after that. The process took less than a year!!! Whatever you pay for them is well worth the price and you will receive it in backpay. They 100% know what they are doing.
