You have to stand against the back wall to get wet (36x38) area. And the water projects on your chest and chin. The installers came out and put in a longer neck and reinstalled the same shower head. But it didn't change the direction of the water projection issue. I called bath authority customer service and told them the issue was the same and not resollved. They had Carol call me the Project manager. She asked me if I picked out the shower head. I said it was the one the sales person recommended. She said she reviewed the notes from the installers and they said it was working. She said I could go to depot and get a different neck and shower head and install it myself. She said it's not that hard to do because she has done it herself. Or the installers could put a different head on after I bought one with my own money from home depot, but I would be charged for the installation. I told her I paid 15K for this shower I'm not going to spend more money. She was very intimidating to talk to and I was extremely upset with her communication skills and resolution offers which made things escalate. She said I was rude and was recording me and she wasn't going to listen to me. My husband could her yelling at me from a good distance. It was hard to get in a word edgewise. Needless to say nothing was resolved. I then got a call from Jason her manager. I don't know what the end result is going to be, I emailed Jason pictures of a basic shower head that I think would work better. I don't know what the resolution is going to be if any. Beware of this company. If you have an complant/issue and you already have a contract and payment arrangements, Good luck trying to get a resolution. There CC is awful. Once you pay for something you're basically stuck with the product an installation. Jason told me there's no way that you can try out a shower head before it's installed. And he had the same head installed and his wife is happy.The Bath Authority Response

The Bath Authority just finished our project and they did a wonderful job.It was like they were never there. Removed our existing tub/shower combo and put in a new Shower only. It looks great and there wasn't a "hair" out of place. Great work, one diay install and looks super. The installers Ken and Rose were really professional. We were given a quote in February after going to the ****** ***** *** ****** ***** This quote came with incentives like a promised $50 giftcard from "Nick". Have never received this giftcard and no one can put me in contact with said "Nick". We were quoted for 2 bathrooms, the first tub/shower was installed 5/8 this was done by DJ and Caden and went decently well.. however it was downhill from there. 5/29 different installers came for our 2nd shower. This one has yet to be useable 2 months later. 6/24 someone finally came to "fix" the shower door with caulk.. and fix leaking tub faucet, but only made it worse. The shower door doesn't work and the ceiling is an eye sore. 7/10 another man came to "re-fix" the shower and look at the ceiling. He stated the door needed to be replaced and a ceiling panel needed to be added. We were told this would be taken care of free of charge.. but haven't heard from anyone since. No one ever calls back, no one will ever put you in contact with a superior/manager, no one emails back. We are paying an incredible amount of money for a product we cannot even use. Anytime we call we are told "we will leave a message with Andre", no one will put us in contact with a sales/finance manager only the install manager who is impossible to get ahold of. Nothing has been done to compensate us or make this any less of a headache.The Bath Authority Response

We were told it would be done in one day. I pressed the salesman on this, and he assured us the “crew” enjoys demos, and makes quick work of it. Rather than a “crew,” we had one installer, who knew he wouldn’t finish in one day. It took three. We figured with the ceiling demoed, replacing the old light would be simple, so we asked if that would be something the installers could do, if we supplied the fixture. Salesman agreed, and we had him put that in the contract. Unfortunately, our installer didn’t want to do it, and on day two, we called an electrician to come on emergency basis, so we could move things along, costing us an additional $225. The cost was already almost $13,000. When the electrician saw no green board on the walls, he told us he would stop the whole install. We were shocked, as we had a discussion with our salesman being they use purple board. When we asked our installer, he said he just uses a thicker, better board. Since the contract is not itemized, we don’t know what we paid for. When it came time to put the shower door on, we saw it was wrong. The salesman had assured me it would open the way our old door had. In order to make that happen, the installer had to flip the door and frame upside down. We didn’t know until we could use the shower a day later, how that didn’t work well. Our bath mat and floor get very wet, and the etched words on the glass, which should be upright and at the bottom, are upside down at the top! We were to receive a $50 gift card for getting an estimate. I saw the salesman write it down, but he told us he doesn’t handle that, and we’re pretty sure that has not been taken care of, as we have no card. However, since no one from customer service has ever responded on anything from our many messages we don’t know. My husband and I have both left messages, and while a gentleman did call us, he said someone from customer service would be in touch, to work out a resolution to all of this, but…”crickets.”The Bath Authority Response

I will send the email, but a gentleman, Andre ****** /Senior Operations Manager, did call us after my review on *********** He told us to send pics of the upside down door, and proof of the plumber cost, and he would take a look. We sent the info, 6/23, but he hasn’t responded. He was going to see if the door could be replaced, the plumber cost reimbursed, and look into the $50 gift card we were to receive, simply for getting the estimate on 5/9. I fear with the communication issues we’re experiencing, the lifetime warranty might not be worth the paper it’s written on. I believe our next step is to copy the CEO and customer service manager on all of this.Review from Cheryl L
