Jay Honda told us they would not repair our, in warranty Civic, told us to take it to where we purchased the car. Called Honda and found this not to be true, made them aware of this and they finally repaired the recall issue. we received our brand new 6,000 mile car back with dings in the passenger door. They refused to do anything about it. And denied all accountability our car is still damaged from this. Do not take your car there!!! Treated us so poorly we do not want anyone else to have to go through this.

I went there to have a key fob programmed. They say they were unable to program the key fob that was bought from Amazon, but I still had to pay the FULL $200 for a service that I didn't receive. I could see paying a service charge for the attempt, but not the full amount for a service that I didn't get. It's a ripoff that should be illegal. I believe they probably do this to people who do not buy the key fob from them. This is a poor business practice and a total ripoff. Never again. I am done with Jay Buick GMC.

Any parts that are not purchased through a service provider or dealer are a gamble. Our technicians are paid for their time and expertise as any professional would expect to be. If the client would like top purchase a key directly through out parts department, we would be happy to program it at no additional charge.

I sent by Pontiac G 6 to Jay Buick to have it serviced. I had been having the car serviced for some time. I sent the vehicle to be serviced for a engine harness that had been chewed by mice. Jay Buick had kept my vehicle for three months before it was so called repaired. I had to go through my insurance company in order to get the car repaired and get a rental car in order to be able to get back and forth to work. When I inquired about a rental through Jay Buick while they were repairing my car they stated that they didn't have any available. Almost a year later I take it to another car repair place and they state to me that the wiring was done all wrong. I contacted Jay Buick and they stated that the warrantee has expired on the service. They stated that it was done by certified mechanics and I stated to them just because their certified mechanics doesn't mean it was done right. I now have to get that work redone again after I had paid for it once because it was wired wrong. Jay Buick I feel is the worse car maintenance servicer that I have ever encountered.

Okay it's a snow storm and I'm driving in my GMC and the wipers stop so I immediately call GMC and the lady name Jackie in service department told me to bring it in so I did after struggling to get there she told me it'll be an couple of hours so I said ok and sat in waiting room and literally watch them not touch the GMC for the whole two hrs so I ask her about how much will it cost Jackie at service department will not tell me or put it in writing so 30 min later she comes up with the price of 900$ for the wipers to be repaired so I said well that's alittle bit more than I expected and she still charged me for doing absolutely nothing a whole 200$ they made me pay and I just got my car and I will never ever do business with Jay GMC as long as they have someone like that Jackie lady-- who lies to you and cheats customers out of their hard earned moneies!! I feel duped and I still don't have wipers SMH!

Black Yukon AT4s with the 6.2L are nearly impossible to find. I found they had one available and I was first in line for it. It didn’t have all the options I wanted, but I decided I was buying it anyways. When we sat down to go over the numbers, I always check dealership math to see if they are trying to rip me off, and they were. They gave me a sheet of paper indicating the monthly payments for different finance amounts. The numbers they gave me were inflated. They added 3500 dollars and were hiding it in the monthly payments. I called them on it and they immediately provided the real numbers. They were already printed. It was no honest mistake. It’s a scam called price packing. I do not have a car. I had $20,000 to put down and I’m ready to buy. I already turned in my leases car and I don’t have a vehicle, so I am a very motivated seller. Please, dealership, explain how someone who sells cars every day can give someone a sheet of paper with loan terms and inflated prices by mistake. Those numbers are manipulated by the sales manager. HE brought the real numbers over ONLY BECAUSE I CALLED HIM ON HIS SCAM. I’m tired of dishonest car dealerships. This is not a mistake. It’s fraud.

They were also getting $7000 above MSRP due to the demand and shortage. Why try to rip someone off on the back end? Must be common practice for them. If anyone has purchased a vehicle, check your contract. If they start with a high monthly payment at a given interest rate, they add things to the back end. You end up paying for things they say are free, and it’s on your contract. They are charging you for it and hiding it in the monthly payment. It’s called price packing. They try it to see if you’re paying attention to your numbers.
