I dont often write reviews. It takes a really good or really bad experience for me to feel the need to write a review, and today that experience is beyond good. I had a roof leak from one of the wind storms earlier this year. WIW came highly recommended from a Facebook group I am in, and let me tell you, I am so glad they did. They took an entirely stressful situation and made it as seamless as possible. From the initial inspection to the completion date, everything has gone so well. Caleb in the office was so patient with all my questions and concerns and made working with my insurance company so much easier. Ej was so nice and explained everything going on with our roof and what needed to be done. His son Nick is one of the most professional young men I have met. Most of my interactions with WIW were with him and from the start I felt like I had chosen the right company to find the source of the leak and repair our roof from wind damage. Andrew was very thorough and made sure everything was good to go upon completion. These guys and their crew went above and beyond. Our roof looks fantastic. There is no other roofing company I will ever use other than WIW. I have been in the customer service industry my entire career and let me tell you, they delivered on service, quality, and professionalism. If you're having issues with your roof, look no further. You will be in the best hands. Im sure there are other great roofing companies out there, but none of them will top the quality and service we received. I will forever be recommending them whenever someone is looking for a roofing company. Thanks again for everything!!

Very satisfied with the work done. They worked with me and the insurance company and accomplished everything they promised, including fixing some original construction mistakes. One of the owners was on site and working during the install, ready to address my questions and concerns. The crew was respectful of my property and privacy throughout the process. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for roof work, then look elsewhere. We have had a terrible time with this company. Both their work and customer service is atrocious. See below for details. The house my wife and I bought got a new roof and siding in 2019 due to the memorial day tornados. WIW attempted to put a new roof on correctly, but failed. When they did the roof, they put the outriggers of the scaffolding through the shingles on over 90% of the edge of the roof. They should have lifted the last two shingles and installed the outriggers to the plywood. The locations where outriggers were anchored had holes through the shingles and deck, creating leaks. They caulked the holes on the shingles (see google review for pictures). With weather, the caulk will expand and contract, which is an issue. They were able to fix this issue when we got them to come out. When the old chimney cap was reinstalled post completion, it was too small (see google review for pictures) and they didn't bother measuring for a new one. Even after we asked. (I will touch on this below). We also had a leak that Brandon swore was due to a piece of siding against the chimney, even though that was on the wrong side of the slope of the roof where the leak was located. He wouldn't have known exactly where the leak was though since he never went in the house or attic to see where it was (which is the first thing you should do as a roofer when someone has a leak). They said they fixed the leak when they fixed the holes in the shingles, but they didn't (which we kind of figured) and now we have interior damage. There is a craftsmanship warranty on the roof, but when it continues to be lackluster, that does nothing for us. My wife had to call 6 times to get them to come out initially. She set up a time, and the owner of the company did not show up, nor did he call to say he got caught up in something. I called WIW and they set up a time for the following day, in which they did show up, but again did not go inside to see where exactly the leak was, then said they fixed it, when we can tell it wasn't touched. Brandon also said he would measure for a bigger chimney cap, but he didn't. So when I called back, they said they would get something together for us and call back. I didn't hear from them for at least a week, so I followed up at 4 pm on a Friday and had to leave a message. That message was not returned. I decided to call back on Wednesday right at open, and no one picked up and I did not leave a message. I called back at 3 pm and there was no answer, so I called back immediately from my work phone and they answered. It was clear they were screening our calls. At that conversation they said they were getting in touch with a guy to do our chimney cap. We have yet to hear back from them. That was back on november 3. It is now december 20.

We want to apologize for the experience you had recently with WIW. We strive to take care of our customers in the best way possible and tried to remedy the problem by fixing what you wanted us to address. When it comes to the holes in the shingles for the outriggers, we were using a new crew during the busy memorial day tornado rebuild/repair time. Their work was not up to par as you experienced and we no longer use them. We did come out to your home and replaced all the shingles that had holes in them from the outriggers, so hopefully you are happy with that part now. When it comes to the leak inside, in accordance with the warranty supplied to the original home owner, they had 10 days to notify us of any issue. That was never brought to our attention, so we were unable to rectify that prior to you purchasing the home. The chimney cap was never removed during the roof replacement and was not part of the insurance claim from the memorial day tornadoes. If it was of inadequate size or design, that is on the original manufacturer/installer. As stated by you in the above comment, we informed you where the leak was coming from, but you insisted on us replacing shingles that did not fix the leak.
