I went in to order a large strawberry milkshake. The menu price on the electronic menu behind the counter was priced at $3.99 for the shake. When I ordered it at the counter the price rang up as $4.19. I told the cashier that the price was wrong and pointed to the electronic menu behind the counter. She said the menu price was wrong and that she should get up there and change it. At this point the shake had been made and was on the counter. I told her the price said $3.99 and that's what the price should be. She was not helpful at all in this matter. I told her I was going to call the Better Business Bureau and she said to go ahead. I took a picture of the menu and the card reader, and read her nametag, which read Assistant Manager ******* ******, and then I left the restaurant at approx. 2:55 PM 08/12/2024.
