We are senior citizens (79&87)and were in rehab from Covid for 7 months and just got home last month. Neither of us can go to basement. Daniel’s waterproofed the whole basement which I ended up paying around $16,000. But they did not put anything back along the walls. One sump pump is not even plugged in. They came back once when called and hooked up the washer and dryer. I guess our home health aide was happy to get that done that she never mentioned my husband’s shop or the big sink in the kitchen. Just want basement back way it was. Feel like they took advantage of us since we could not get to basement.Business response

May 2021, paid 11,798.00 for repairs and improvements for water seepage in the basement and backing up downspouts. Crew spent 2 days digging up around foundation on 2 sides of house and in the basement. About a month or so later water was come in the basement from the sump, which they installed, and my downspouts were backing up. I called 3 times and have never even rec'd a call from. Just a lady saying my name was on his? list. I would like a resolution and a repair of what ever is needed.Business response

I don't think the lines were cleared, I was told there are tree roots blocking the pipes and it would be ok for winter, but need attention in the spring. Something about the size of the auger not being big enough to go thru. ************Customer response

Two men came today and fixed the leaking sump pump, and snaked the downspouts. They said their auger wasnot big enough to go thru the 4 in. pipe, but they felt there were tree roots in the pipes. And in the spring they need to be cleaned out. I will explore how to find out if that is the case and how to correct it. For now I will take that explanation and wait for the rain. Plz keep this open as I don't know if I am done with them.
