Mr. Joe M****** of B&M Handyman Services did work at my house last year including tile work, new sidewalk, garden center and digging up and replacing my gravel driveway for approximately $13k. We received a written warranty covering any repairs and grass growth. We began contacting him in April for warranty work on the driveway that is filled with grass. My mowers have to weed eat it every week. He sent his girlfriend out, she said he'd come out and look at it. He did not. Several weeks go by, I called again and he said he'd be out the first of May. He did not do so. I have been calling and texting since and he will not respond. I have been so upset, I've asked my daughter to try. For weeks, she has been calling, leaving voice mails, texting and even leaving messages on his business page. NO RESPONSE. On his business page, he even uses a picture of my property as his main header interestingly enough. I have a warranty he is not honoring. He will not even respond and I'm not comfortable dealing with him because of this. I want the driveway I paid him $5k for or the $5k back to have it done by someone reputable.
