5/5/21 I called *** (I understand was the ******* *******) and ordered a new 2.3 hp honda boat motor which I paid $1185 (was charged to my ****). I understood there was a backorder and arrival of the motor was uncertain at the ***e of the order. I spoke with *** on the following dates checking on the status of the motor (6/18/21 and 9/3/21) with the later date *** said the motor was supposed to arrive to the warehouse on the 9/20/21. In our 6/18/21 call I had asked them if they could send me a receipt for the purchase (though it does show up on my visa), which *** said I had to come into the store to get the receipt. On 10/15/21, 12/17/21 and 1/7/22 I called their number during the day***e *************) and only received their answering machine, which I left a message to call me. None of my calls were returned. I actually called more than this, but didn't have those dates documented. In my last message, I said I was going to have to file a complaint with the BBB. At this point, I just want my money credited back to my credit card.
