I had been part of a membership plan they offer to patients without insurance. I cancelled the plan in January 2024. I was charged the monthly fee, $75.00 4/02/2024. I called and they stated they did not receive my cancellation and would not refund the fee. So we had the discussion again to cancel the membership. Then on 5/1/2024 they charged me the monthly fee of $75 again. I called and they refunded me the fee on 5/06/2024 and assured me this would not happen again. On 5/24/2024 I was again charged the fee of $75. I called again. It took me calling almost daily until 6/03/2024 to have communication with Clint, who I believe is the owner and at the end of that conversation he agreed that I should not have been charged and stated he would refund me $150. I waited a week and did not receive the refund. I called the office 6/10/2024 and left a message for Clint. Have not received a call. I replied to an email he sent me on 6/11/2024 asking about the refund. Have not received a response.
