Even after providing specific and detailed information on what I was looking for, reports that we were provided by the agency were just a repeat of j formation that I already provided to the investigator. The realI I formation I was seeking was never provided and the surveillance that was done was Totally done At the improper times. The information I provided was not followed and time and mileage was not necessary for the surveillance ,based upon initial information I providedDiversion Investigations Response

Well Diversion Investigations, it has been a full week, and no one has reached out to me to assist in resolving my concerns, as noted in your response. This is a poor reflection on how you handle business and validates my original complaint. Small claims court next step
