Company contact to look at a piece of equipment that was not working properly. Company wanted my credit card first to keep on file before sending a tech out. Tech came out and provided unacceptable service and than sat in his vehicle for 1 hour in our parking lot and was overheard joking and goofing off with another employee over the phone. The tech eventually left and we were charged about 3 time what other companies we have hire to do the same work. We reached out to this company to discuss these charge and found out that we were charged for the time this tech was sitting in our lot. We were told a manager would reach out to us about the high charges but have never heard from them since.Initial Complaint

On 9/26/22 I ordered parts from cps Ohio via the internet and the cps website. Self declared owner of cps Brian H******* refused to honor what was purchased online and refused to return money for the purchase. He also made clear he would send a return shipper before the end of the day 10/31/22 to return parts that cps sent that were never ordered. This never happened. Cps sent unknown parts and refused to take return. Refused to refund the sale and has hung up calls and refused the sale but not returned the money. Now they are holding money and refusing to complete the order and refusing to return money. The company has made threatening statements and refused to act to mediate the issue by either honoring the original sale or by refunding the money. Brian (self declared owner) of CPS made clear statements he will not honor the sale and will not return the money for the transaction and will not send the parts ordered. Instead he suggested that they sent incorrect parts and I would be forced to pay for those, regardless they were not what I ordered. He definitely knew the parts were not correct and had no intention of fulfilling the order. And regardless he did not offer a return shipper as he said by the end of the day and returning of the parts they sent to delay the sale. He continued to blame his vendor and said cps does not receive or inspect the parts or guarantee that the parts you receive were the parts you ordered. I have attempted to remedy the situation and have continually been hung up on by several employees of cps refusing to complete or cancel the fraudulent sale. The CPS Ohio company has taken money and claimed they have no obligation to honor a proper sale of correct parts and refused to refund the sale. Outside this conversation with Brian have shown the company lacks in its customer service and it’s ability to sell parts that it advertises online as available. My online team investigated the 2022 complaint from **** ******. CPS issued a refund to this customer back on 11/7/2022 to resolve the issue. Attached is the invoice showing the credit along with the refund verification from ************* for the credit card charge.
