I was told when I purchased this chair lift that a unit that is not operable will be treated with the highest priority. Since I cannot use the stairs, I am unable to go to the first floor. I left a VM on Friday the 11th. I called again on Monday. They promised service that week. No calls; no messages; nothing. I called again on Monday the 21st. I was told someone would be out either Monday or Tuesday. No calls or anything. So I called the owner and complained again. 4th call. /They suddenly showed up on Weds and had the audacity to present me with a bill. HA HA. I would not cut them a check. Now a reputable company, would have called me and apologized for the delay and even offered a discount. Instead the owner called me and informed me that I am no longer "their customer". HA HA The rep that came out said he was the only one who was licensed to service chair lifts. Funny because he had to call the office several times to get help. His boots were filthy with mud. Didn't even offer to take them off. Do NOT do business with these people. They are rude and their service is one of the worst I've ever seen. Couldn't even be bothered to contact me after making me wait almost 2 weeks to do laundry, change the kitty litter pan or even go downstairs.

The Operations Manager did call to speak with you and you were incredibly rude and hung up on her. When the tech was at your house, he discovered how dirty your switches were, and that was draining your battery. So he cleaned your switches, gave you new batteries, and when he presented the service ticket, you became verbally abusive with him. When he stepped out on the front porch to call the office in regards to you not wanting to pay the invoice, you locked him out and didnt answer when he rang the doorbell. Your stair lift is 11 months out of warranty, which means two things, you can call anyone you want to service your stair lift, it doesn't have to be us, and we are under no obligation to expose our technicians to your verbal abuse by servicing you. That is why the owner called you and explained that you can call any other company for service because of your rudeness. This was not the first time youve been verbally aggressive with our technicians. Best of luck to you ****************.

How can I be rude to someone who calls and leaves a voicemail? That is just a false statement. I was not rude to the service person. I did say I was angry with the service I received from this company who obviously cares very little about the disabled people they are supposed to be helping. I told him I did not blame him. My neighbor was here and can testify that I was not rude. I'm just trying to warn other people to stay away from this business. They care very little about the disabled people. They don't have to tell me that I am not their customer. I had already decided to go somewhere else. Anybody else.
