      On January4,2024 I mailed in $29.95 for a subscription to **** ** ********. The check was cashed January 16,2024. I have tried calling, messages are pre-recorded. I left e-mail address, no reply.

      On 10 Oct 22, I notice an unauthorized pending charge on my checking account card from Golden Peak Media (Artist Network ###-###-####) for $39.95. There is no membership or magazine subscription on their website that matches $39.95. I tried several times to log on to the website but my password was changed without my consent. I have had a account with artist magazine sometime in the past but not recently. I tried calling the customer service/ phone number listed on the charges many time to get a human, but it only redirects to their website. I have submitted a email request to reset the password and also a customer service request to not explain charges- all with no reply. The phone number listed for Golden Peak Media on the BBB website has been disconnected. In my opinion, Golden Peak Media has shady / scam practices that need further investigation.

      Below is my original email to ********** ****** Magazine, published by Golden Peak Media. The $21.97 was eventually credited. I still need a credit of $14.97 for the magazine that was incorrectly processed. I have sent them four emails (this is a copy of my first). One responded to my request for $21.97 credit, but no word about the other issues. Original Message: From: redacted Sent: Monday, January 3, 2022 8:17:27 PM To: "*************************************.com" <*************************************.com> Subject: [EXTERNAL] Cancellation(s) and refund(s) Name: redacted Account number ********* On December 16, 2021, I called to order a gift subscription to ********** ****** magazine and a renewal subscription to ********** ****** magazine. Talked with ******* who offered me both for $14.97 each. One charge showed up on my credit card for $14.97. Turns out she incorrectly processed the gift order for ****** Magazine and did not process the renewal subscription. On December 17, I called again and spoke with *****. I requested a cancellation of the erroneous gift subscription for $14.97 and a renewal of my subscription to ********** ****** for $21.97. He said he would process the cancellation. A charge showed up on my credit card for $21.97. As of today, January 3, 2022, I have yet to receive a cancellation confirmation NOR has my credit card company processed a $14.97 credit. Three things: --Please process the $14.97 credit (for the erroneous subscription) ASAP. Please send a confirmation email to the below address. --Please cancel my renewal subscription for $21.97 and process a credit. Please send a confirmation email to the below address. --Please remove my credit card (ending in redacted) information from your system. Please send a confirmation email to the below address.
