      On April 23, 2022 I paid A shade Darker to tint he windows on my 2011 honda civic coupe. I was assured satisfaction with the window tinting service. I paid $250 to get all the work done. So the problem I came across is that the film is contaminated with dirt underneath it. I was under the impression that it was just soap in the film and it would go away after a couple weeks, now it still there and there is a noticeable amount of bubbling/blistering still in the film. I have talked to multiple shops in the surrounding areas and they have agreed and said its not normal. I do not want it redone by the same shop so in order for me to have it redone I will need a full refund before hand. That is the only solution.

      He was informed dropping it off that car was dirty and that dirt can cause contamination in the film. He said it’s not that dirty. Well he isn’t the one installing the film. It was indeed dirty!! When he complained was the day I put on my Fb I had surgery and would be off. He then a week later stated he wasn’t bringing it here and was having it done somewhere else. I then ask him to provide a valid receipt from a shop after removal and replace and if job was a cleaner job I would give him refund. Our policy is to refund the labor. He provided a false receipt, when I called the place he had it done they said they had never tinted windows for him or such car.  He sent pictures unable to tell what the car is or the spots her was complaining about to prove he indeed had it redone   He got upset when I informed him of this and said it’s confidential and they can’t tell me that. I laughed and said. Window tinting is not confidential. He has never replied further.

      She just claimed that the windows were dirty yes, but the correct way to install tint is to clean the windows PROPERLY. Any car no matter year make or model is gonna have some debris whether or not the installer does is correctly is on them. I did provide false documents to try to ensure I get my money back for this horrendous tint job. This I being made bigger deal than what need a to be. She’s laughs because she is unprofessionall. Mind you before I even had this done I showed up at the business once and she wasn’t even there to drop keys off no cell service for her to reply. So not a well maintained or reputable shop.

Unsure if he knows what professional means at this time. I stated I wasn’t going to be here do to having to pick up my kids, but was still here when he arrived to pick up.       I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. Still don’t think it’s resolved but I’ll let it go and deal with it.
