The Customer called our office because his ********************** was not working and asked if we could come out and diagnosis the problem.  He thought it was the control box or the electrical line.  Our office advised him to call an electrician.  He still wanted someone to check the system.  Our two service techs went out to the house and he started in on them before they barely got out of the truck about how much it was gonna cost.  They immediately knew it was the line coming from the house.  ******** to the system.  Then the customer calls ************* and they come out to give him a quote about the line being replaced.  He calls the office back and says he wants his money back.  I called ************* directly and he said the same client was a tight a** and was giving his guys the ringer also about not paying.  The timer will not work if there is no power.  Our tech drove 45 minutes one way and our minimum service call fee is $125.00.  ************* minimum service fee is also $125.00.  I then spoke with the client again about the cost to due business and he basically said that the service should have cost $50 that was the value he thought he should be charged.  I wish this were the case but to run our diesel truck in gas and payroll barely covers that.  I then went on to explain that I had work done on my refrigerator and just to diagnose the problem cost me $225 for a tech.  I am not sure what world he is living in but its not 2024.  I think he got impatient and started calling around.  **** also told me that his guys were inside the house and the electrical box also has issues inside.  Its not only the timer as he is alluding to, it is clearly an electrical issue. I appreciate him being upset about the cost.  Repairs are expensive.

In addition, the business provided the following additional details: Clearly someone is Lying about what the actual problem was.  I called ************* and you can email them as well.  ************************** and ask them

how he knows it was the electrical box in the house and called a septic company.  The system is on a timer and he was given a quote on the replacement of the line that my service tech said was bad.  If there is a break in the line the electric will short out to the septic system.  Until he replaces the line the problem will persist.  We provided a service to diagnose the problem and we in good faith deserve compensation for the nearly two hour round trip out there to ********.
