  Ohio cabinets was hired to measure and order cabinets through conestoga cabinets. After 3 months lead time our cabinets were delivered for our contractor to install. Our cabinets were suppose to be custom cabinets and custom color. We later have found out that our cabinets were in fact most likely stock cabinets, painted to our requested color. Multiple mistakes were made in the measurements of the cabinets, leading to inappropriate fitting of our cabinets. We also had multiple cabinets that were damaged and discolored (not even close to our chosen color). We were missing the rubber protectors for each of the cabinet doors, missing door handles, and even the doors themselves. We have spent an exorbitant amount of money for what turns out to be not custom cabinets with multiple mistakes. Neither conestoga or Ohio cabinets accept responsibility, each blaming the other for the multitude of mistakes made. Both refuse to provide any refund, time to fix the mistakes or any kind of help for the delay in product, damages, and lack of quality and professionalism seen in the final product. We are asking for help in mediation in the matter.

  -        We were told specifically by Ohio Cabinets to NOT CONTACT ********* or Ohio Cabinets directly.  We were to go through our contractor for all questions and concerns.   We did in fact at one point contact ********* early in this process and we strictly told by an Ohio Cabinet office employee and the main sales person/owner to NOT contact them in the future.  Now Ohio Cabinets is taking no responsibility or helping resolve these many issues we are having.  As shown by their responses to our complaints, every issue is the contractor or manufacturer's fault, not Ohio Cabinets.Please see attachment for further responses. 

  We We feel that Ohio Cabinets needs to provide a refund of some amount for the errors made in the cabinet measurements, discoloration, and continued, unnecessary disruption of our everyday lives  Whether they need to resolve financial issues themselves or with Conestoga, something needs to be done.  We can not use our kitchen and cabinets as intended to this day because of all the errors made.   With no timeline on corrected materials, this continues to effect our everyday lives.   Once the materials are delivered, we will have construction on our main level once again disrupting our lives.
