I am sharing this information as I do not want anyone else to have to go through what I did. Purchased vehicle from Dunning Ford. Several issues happen not even 24 hours after I purchased it. Sensor/electrical issues Spark plug issues Dunning Ford handled this situation poorly. I think there is a serious issue with my car and Dunning Ford is trying to advoid it. They are the most heartless, careless, and disrespectful dealership we have ever encountered. Please seee the attachment for the entire situation.Business response

The customer purchased a used vehicle knowing that the power running boards were inoperative. We disclosed that and she agreed with that. The horn is not defective, it just isn't loud enough for the customer. We installed a louder horn from an f150 hoping to satisfy her. She called about a dome light that would not shut off. We delivered her a loaner car and picked her vehicle up 60 miles away for her convenience, only to find that the rear hatch wasn't shut all the way. We never witnessed the hood light staying on. It did not happen when we had the vehicle. I spoke with the customer personally on the phone about this and upset her when I told her to open and shut the hood to make sure it was latched.
