Came to our home to fix the tub leak .Removed 3 tiles and refused to put them back. I was not informed he could not put them back before they were removed. The lady was rude in the office. I told her it's not so much what you said it's HOW YOU said it!This company will never come to my home again .A Water Solution, Inc. Response

the customer was informed that we were not going to be putting the tiles back before we did the work. the wife said that was fine and she got the cover plate for it that we recommended and then when the husband found out later she acted like she did not know anything about it even though she got the part we suggested. if she would of not known about the tile not being put back then she wouldn't of gotten the part we suggested.Review from Yasir A

Clogged sink.. Water Solutions was an absolute waste of money and time! The repair man refused to do anything for our clogged sink except complain about the use of ***** a week ago.. repeat a week ago! My sink had drained out atleast 8 times AFTER the ***** .. the day of repair he asked that we run hot water all day let it drain and repeat.. and I did !! he’ll be back the next day .. he came back literally took the pipe off looked at the water and said there was ***** in it and it burned his fingers (his report) he told that lie to *** our warranty company..COMPLETE lie! Now the repair is not covered! AGAIN never snaked the pipe but proceed to say the problem was in the basement and he would have to CUT A PIPE!!! HOW would you know if you never snaked ??? and refused to do so. I refused service! I called 3 different local plumbers and NOT ONE had heard of such meaning ***** still in the pipes a week later after 8+drain outs or needing to cutting a pipe BEFORE you snaked the pipe!! I would never use this company again if it was free!!! We had a different company come in that day SNAKE THE PIPES and problem solved! Yeah 20mins of my time! WATER SOLUTIONS just wanted more money .. who refuses to snake a pipe first???.. Water Solution does!!!Review from ce w

AWS was sent by my home warranty company to fix a toilet that was running, check the flapper on another to ensure it was working correctly, and install a new cartridge in shower. Was told the shower wasn't working correctly because there was solder clogging up the water pipes ( suddenly, after remodel was done 12 years ago) and that there were no shut offs in shower, which were installed during remodel, and that to fix pipes the wall would have to be torn out (I'm responsible for wall repair) and it would probably be $800-900 to fix and he could get me scheduled. I called warranty and they sent out a 2nd opinion. In the meantime, my pipes started knocking anytime toilets, sinks, etc upstairs were used. 2nd opinion (who guessed immediately who the first "plumbing" company was and said about 25% of their work came from recalls on ***) said there were indeed shutoffs, took a photo for their contractor company to send to warranty co. It was obvious once taking off the cover plate in the shower, that the *** person had not removed that to get to anything and had never even looked. Pipes knocking weren't on recall, so 2nd opinion weren't allowed to check, but did say toilet valve needed to be replaced (installed incorrectly), and recommended water arrestors be installed. They were great! Back to ***- NEVER had knocking pipes before their visit, guy was there on 10 minutes and did nothing to make my life easier. Had a new water heater installed by another company who drained all the water from pipes and knocking is still there, said the knocking is loudest from pipes in bathroom where toilet and shower "service" were involved. I think something dishonest is going on. I would have made this a complaint instead of a review but I never want to see these clowns again, and am glad that BBB gives victims a chance to place reviews.Review from T. M.

They were contacted through *** A WATER SOLUTION, INC. ******I had to pay $125 for the service call for them PLUS I had to pay out the $169.04 for #*#"#" # to actually do the work, which should've been free if he had done it correctly under the home warranty policy. Instead of trying to price gouge & have me pay out of pocket $5000 plus additional home repair after destroying my property.***** I had multiple problems with the technician that was dispatched. 1. He was here for no more than ten minutes & proclaimed that my job was preexisting the date of my policy April & likely would be out of pocket. 2. He said the cost would be between $4,000-$5,000 out of pocket, without the flooring, concrete or drywall repairs. I told him that it only began leaking about a week ago & had a photo with the time stamp. 3. He said he'd have to rip out my drywall, all the new flooring & concrete. I said if that was the case that my homeowners would likely cover at least a part of this, he said no. I disagreed again on the date & what needed to be repaired. He was extremely short with me and rude the entire time, speaking to me like I knew nothing. He told me he wasn't going to debate or argue with me & just left. I then immediately contacted #*#"#" # for their free estimate. I figured they could tell me if they agreed with his assessment or if it was something else. They were here in less than twenty minutes. They addressed the problem immediately and it was as thought, it was the clean out cap that had corroded & needed replaced. They did the work for a total cost of $169.04. They also said that it wasn't leaking on the flooring until recently & it was only dripping on the surface, not from underneath, no buckling involved or other water damage as he was trying to state. He was aware that I'm in poor health on medications, oxygen ECT. He was using scare tactics and trying to take advantage of me. Even *** recognized that something was wrong when he called in his report.Review from Tracy C

Leaking water heater. Assigned A Water Solution by ******** **** ******. CSR (Erika, I believe) was in contact immediately and scheduled appointment next morning for tech to come out. Tech arrived on time, quickly inspected the water heater and submitted claim to home warranty for replacement. Claim was approved same day. Appointment was scheduled to replace the water heater within one business day and they were very kind to work with our scheduled to come out first thing in the morning since we were headed to the airport for vacation early that afternoon. Tech quickly replaced the water heater - removed the old one - and left the area clean and dry. All around great experience. Thank you!A Water Solution, Inc. Response

We were assigned this company through our home warranty service. After the contractor visited and diagnosed the issue, the company went silent - for over a week they have not responded to the warranty service or me. I have left voicemails and sent multiple emails and text messages. They have drug their feet on providing an update to the home warranty service which is delaying a final answer and therefore, our plumbing issue being resolved. We wasted our $100 copay and now have to find a new company to do the work. My advice to to steer clear!Review from Anita M

This company was recommended to us through ******** **** ****** and it was a waste of time and a waste of $125.00. The technician spent more time outside on his phone than he did on our home looking at the problem, he took one quick look under the sink said he knew what the problem was he had to get some tools. My husband told him what he thought the problem was and that was not what the technician thought, so he ran a little water then agreed with mu husband, but he would have to get approval to go farther with this. He again went outside to make a call and came back and said his company would be approval from AHS and that should take a couple hours then they would call to set up a new time for him to come back and fix the problem. A few hours later my husband go an email saying our ticket order had been close on this matter.Review from Joe S

Horrible company paid $100 deductible to come out to fix a hose bib issue. They wanted another $517 to repair the hose bib. Had a 3rd party plumber come out next afternoon and repaired the hospital for only a $7 part. A Water Solution seems to be running a scam operation based on Yelp comments relating to the same type of scenario.. Avoid this company like the plague
