      It is Wednesday September 4th at about 3:25 p.m. I attempted to go tanning at SC Washington on **** ****** ********* road in ******** **** and no one was at the front desk this is a usual thing. The employee's name was ***** she had left the entire place to go get an energy drink there was no one in there running the business when I called the manager and said I'm just kind of in a hurry I would like to get service I have to be at work she called the person and told her not to tan me because I was rude which is mind-blowing because I was not rude at all I was just in a hurry I called her back after the lady told me she was told she didn't have to tan me and she said yes because you're rude and I said that is ridiculous what is your name she refused to give me her name he said I could Google the customer service number when I called the number listed it went to her she refused to give me her name again so I paid for services that they refused to give for absolutely no reason I wasn't rude I wasn't out of line I'm sure there's a camera that can be pulled to see what happened the lady left and was there was no one there at the desk or in the building at all she was the only one working and when I called the manager back she said well she's do a lunch break I said it's 3:30 in the afternoon it wasn't a lunch break she said well she's the only one there I said that's all the more reason she shouldn't leave the place unattended it's just ridiculous I've never experienced anything like this before with any business anywhere that they would take your money and then refuse you service for no reason at all because the lady thought you were rude on the phone when you were just trying to get service it's just the most disrespectful unprofessional thing that I've ever experienced I just would like the money prorated that I paid for the month back and be done with the service there ever again

      She was denied to use our service because of the foul language she was using all because she was rushing I will refund and close her account today it will take 24 to 72 hours for her refund to be issued.

      She's LYING!!! I used NO FOUL LANGUAGE AT ALL!! She's A liar!! I just cannot believe it!! I cannot believe someone that would first act this way or second LIE ABOUT IT is allowed to be managing a business!!

      I am rejecting this response because:  She is LYING!! I didn't use foul language ONCE!! She's just trying to cover her tracks at this point because SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE AROUND THERE! I cannot believe this EVEN HAPPENED let alone that someone like that is allowed to MANAGE a business! I would like to know who the owner is so I can report all this to them and make them aware of the mistreatment AND THE LIES! She's a LIAR, I am just FLOORED but after what I experienced yesterday with her I have to say I'm not truly surprised. Most of the people that go there don't even speak English so I can GUARANTEE there is much MUCH more mistreatment and abuse coming from this place with people just not knowing what to do. She's a LIAR.

      Also I need to add that I was not technically refused service the lady just said to me she told me I could refuse you service and when she said that I just didn't want anything to do with them anymore I hadn't done anything wrong I wasn't rude I was just trying to get serviced plain and simple same thing I do every time I come in there for the past month and a half that I've been going there and she just looked at me and said well she told me I didn't have to service you and I just can't believe that someone would behave like that I don't want anything to do with a place that would do

      Canceled membership last July. I haven’t been charged since. They charged my card this June out of no where claiming I didn’t cancel. I went to the location and spoke with a manager who refused to give my money back.

      Good afternoon I did try to submit a refund to her account. Her bank has denied this because she canceled her card. That we had on file.

      I am rejecting this response because: I cancelled the card in fear they would try to charge it again. After their refusal to refund, I don’t trust keeping it open. I would still like a refund and would be happy to give them my new card # to do so.

      I went into sc wash and tan on 161 1790 east Dublin Granville road I purchased 1 month of tanning for 23$ , the end of January when my monthly package was up the lady said " see you next month " I said " huh? What you mean?" She said " you signed up for every month! " I said no I didn't, show me the papers I signed saying so"! There's no paperwork, I called the police because the so called manager was so unprofessional and calling me ******* so I called the police because they was just charging my card with NO SERVICE! I'm supposed to get my $$ back ! I will never spend $$ at another SC wash and tan

      Saturday June 18,2022 I Went To SC Tan And Wash At One Of They Location At 3090 West Broad Street I Had Wash My Work Clothes And Regular Clothes And Three Pairs Of Tennis Shoes I Folded My Clothes And Tennis Shoes Put Everything In My Bag I Went Out To Unlock The Trunk Of My Car And Went Back To Get My Bag Of Clothes And Tennis Shoes And It Was Gone I Ask The Laundry Attendant Name ******* Where Is My Bag Of Clothes And She Got Real Nasty And Rude Towards Me
