June 1st 2023 10 am I took my 2023 subaru impreza to polished detaiz for window tint . (Previously made appointment week prior) discussed with Ken ****** what I wanted .35% tint on all side and back windows handed him my keys was told they would text me recieved text car would be done around 4 then got another text saying 6 . Went to business at six car was not done waited Picked car up around 645. Ken pulled car out I went over and looked at tint .lots of air bubbles in tint he indicated they would go away . I indicated I don't think they will do to so many. Noticed rubber weather stripping was cut on drivers door on outside he wanted to apply rubber cement. Also passenger front door weatherstripping was cut and tint was not all the way on window. Passenger interior door panel had indented hole by small window with interior rubber cut. Rear hatch plastic trim was melted and tint was brittle do to heat gun . Drivers rear door rubber weather stripping was cut tint was not on window . He indicated we will take care of it. To come back next week June 8th took vehicle back told another guy Telly *** who is also part owner I want tint removed with no more damage and want all damages to be paid for and fixed that car only has 1700 miles. He said I wasn't on schedule but he would do what he could if I left it. I came back around 5 pm car was outside I walked around Mr *** came out I told him you melted my trim pieces on 3 doors . His reply how did that happen you used a heat gun. 2 of the windows still have tint he didn't remove them. I told him I wanted a refund and wanted damages paid for . He said let us take care of it . I said no you have done enough damage . I went and got estimate from caliber collision in wadsworth 1077..91 that's with out door panel and refund on money. He agreed to pay 1337.91 and said give him 2 months and he would pay in 2 payments I reluctantly agreed . He paid 400 on July 16th signed a agreement Aug 20th pd 300 which was to be 937.97Customer response
