On April 9th of 2022my sister and I rented a U-Haul from this establishment they had quoted us a price of $42.50 . That day the check and deli which is the location that we rented the U-Haul from charged my checking account $68.97 which was paid in full . The company is now sending a charge of $42.50 to collections stating the bill was never paid . The same day several hours later there was another unauthorized charge for the amount of $2.99 that was also authorized on my debit card . I tried to call the establishment to speak to them in regards to the charges and explain that there must have been some sort of error and the woman who answered the phone told me to come down in person and talk to them about it and proceeded to hang up the phone and not answer the phone or discuss the matter further.
