      I’ve had coverage from Liberty for ten years now and over this time have had significant health issues including triple bypass surgery, and i have been very satisfied with the coverage. It really works and is very affordable. I could have conventional health insurance or Liberty and I choose liberty.

      I've been a member of LHS for 5+ years. In the first two years, the ministry had several major issues -- The worst was that for many months or even years, they did not pay submitted medical expenses. Those were dark days for many people, including my wife and me -- we were tens of thousands of dollars out-of-pocket, unreimbursed. In early 2022, when the current CEO, Dorsey M*****, came aboard, everything changed. Under Dorsey's guidance, the ministry opened itself up to its members. It communicated simply and clearly where its finances stood. It made several decisions to stop harmful practices of the past. It showed how much was owed and reported its progress toward paying it off. In short, LHS began treating its members as members -- with respect. I'm glad we were able to stay with LHS. Now, I give them my full recommendation.

      I have been with Liberty Health Share for 7 years, now. I am a physician, and have, for 3 decades seen the abuses of the typical medical insurance industry, which is why I don't participate, neither as a physician nor as a patient. Liberty has been a much better alternative. I have just had an orthopedic surgery, so this is my first time submitting large-scale expenses to Liberty. I have had great customer service so far - especially with Loris and with Kaitlyn this morning regarding my incoming bills. The hospital and the surgeon's office billed Liberty directly, and currently I am in the processing phase of those bills, as I am only 2 weeks out from surgery. Loris especially was very reassuring this morning and convinced me to just let the process take its course. I can communicate with either of them whenever I have questions.

      I was a member for several years. Then in 2019 I was diagnosed with cancer. Liberty HealthShare paid parts of many of my bills and then I would send balance bills to ******* *********. They would handle contacting LHS for the rest of the bill. Then everything stopped about 3 years ago. Now I'm getting notices from a collection agency on several bills from 2019 to 2021, which was the last time I used LHS because I went on ********, thank God. After contacting LHS today I found out they don't associate with ******* ********* anymore. Now they said to resubmit balance bills through the share box. I don't have much hope of that working, but we'll see. I was told that because of the pandemic it put LHS behind in their paperwork. After reading reviews here I'm wondering if that's the whole truth. I will say that Toni treated me with respect and kindness on our phone conversation today. 5 years ago I would have and did recommend LHS to others, but not anymore.
