Sales Estimator (**** ******** came we talked about insulting my half finished basement because it is cold. Mike explain that the difference type of products they would use would deal with cold problem. The installers arrived 3/21/24 and worked about seven hrs. I asked one of the installers so my basement is going to be a lot warmer and he said hopefully. Over the weekend I notice there was no change with the unfinished side of the basement being any warmer 3/25/24 I, called the company and voiced my concern the person that I spoke to stated that insulting the basement would not help with the cold issue and I stated the sales representative that came out ( Mike ******** assure me that I would see a difference in the temperature and I would also be eligible for the energy rebate. The website advertise insulating attics and basements.Business response

I apologize for the misunderstanding. As we spoke about on the phone, when installing insulation, we are preventing the travel of temperature between levels. The limitations of our product would be that it cannot make an unconditioned space warmer. Proper HVAC/furnace and duct work is needed. Without proper heating and conditioning in the area, the existing temperature of the area will simply become more stable, but insulation cannot increase the temperature of the area alone. I apologize if it was advertised to you in any way, different than what I have explained. As I stated on the phone and in the email response I wrote to you, I am more than happy to take a look at the area and provide some further steps that can be taken to better the conditioning of the area, despite your decision to withhold payment.
