Rented a motel room for two days 02/1822-02/20/22. First off had to stand outside at a window in 19 degree weather to check in; which took 20 minutes. The first room they gave me the tv did not work, had order $30 worth of food. They changed my room, tv worked and heat, however, microwave and fridge did not work. And having to move my personal things from one room to another my food got cold so my supper was ruined. Was in room about an hour when I went to take a shower. No hot water. Called the desk and they said I needed to come to the desk now for the fourth time in the cold and get a new key card for the 3rd room change. Went up got the key card, went to the room before moving all my things, and the card to open the door did not work; back to the front to stand for the fifth time in the cold. Given two key cards and went to room again. Neither key card would open door. Looked to my left and employee was walking towards me and handed me a third key card which opened the door. Walked in check the heat, tv, microwave, refrigerator, and hot water plus made sure the shower worked. Went to the old room and proceeded to again move my things from the room to my car and back out of my car to the room for the third time. Settled in and tried to turn tv on to no signal. Went to call the front desk from room phone, room phone didn't work; called from my cell phone. What was supposed to be a relaxing evening with a nice supper turned into over 4 hours of changing rooms and my supper was uneatable due to getting cold. I started the check in process at 5:30 pm and was finally in a room 3 Rd room change and sitting down at 9:30 pm. And all I got was we our so sorry. And to top all that off I put a special request in for three bath towels and had to go to the front desk outside in the cold for the 6th time in 19 degree temperatures to get the 3 extra towels.
