I placed an order on Jersey Mike's webpage on 3/7/24. I put in my address but the order went to a different address. I received nothing, no reciept nor order number, from Jersey Mike's. All I got about the order was a text from the **** ****er saying he was having a hard time finding the place and then another one that said he had given the food to someone at the address he was given, but that wasn't my address. (We had gotten unexpected company that night and the texts weren't seen until after the food was delivered to someone who had not ordered it.) I called the ****er as soon as I saw the texts, but he said there was nothing he could do because he delivered to the address he was given by **** ****. I sent a message to Jersey Mike's customer service and was told all they could do was to give me 92 points, equal to the cost of the $19.44 order. I don't know what they're talking about. They then said they'd contact the store manager because he would have to give me the refund. My mother had already talked to him and he said all he'd do is give me another sub if I wanted to come pick it up. I don't have a license or a car. I paid nearly twenty dollars for food that was given to someone else. I didn't put in an address of *** ********* *** ** ****** ** *****, where the food was delivered, because I live at **** ********* *** ** ***** ****** ** ****** I don't understand why the store insist on keeping my money when they didn't deliver to me anything I paid for. I currently am disputing the charge with my bank, but I don't know if that'll be any more successful than trying to work Jersey Mike's.Business response

Ms. ****** ordered her food on our website. Please find attached the order which lists her address as *** ********* *** **. Our store employees do not deliver the orders, we contract out ******** to deliver our website orders. We/our employees do not have access to the order once the customer places the order to make any changes to it. What Ms. ****** put in the website is where the order was delivered.
Ms. ****** contacted our store, and we offered to replace the order if she would like to pick it up. We do not have our own delivery drivers, and are unable to deliver to her. We fulfilled the order, ******** picked up the order and delivered it to the address Ms. ****** supplied.
