Our kitchen sink was installed while subcontractors were there and they damaged it. I have been in contact with Mark to let him know that this damage occurred prior to our possession but they are now refusing to replace it or compensate us.Business response

Owner, Mark ********* contacted homeowner, ***** **** on 9/21/23 via phone. Builder has offered to replace sink. Homeowner said that he will think about it and let us know if he wants to proceed.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with Mark K******** owner on 9/29/2023 to discuss remedies. He did agree to replace the sink but wanted me to delete my reviews I left of the company on social media outlining my experience with the company. I do not agree that I should be penalized and have to remove my reviews when all that was done was a small portion of the problems that I faced while working with this company
