Around April 2022 we hired The Weed Man to fertilize andvtreat weeds in our yard. Our yard looks worst now than ever before. They have destroyed our lawn. We have crabgrass. We never had crabgrass until they started treating our lawn.. On August 16th my husband sent them a text cancelling their services since we are dissatisfied with them. Shortly after they responded with a text saying sorry to loose you as a customer but if you continue our service we will give you a free treatment. At this point there is nothing wevwant them to do. The products they used didnt work actually did more harm than good. On August 31st they sent a text that they were coming out the next day. That same day my husband responded back and told them not to come out. On September 1st the still came out. We called the office and they acted like they didnt get the text meassage and trying yo stick us with a bill for a service we told them not to do. We should not be responsible for something we cancelled and let alone told them not to do. Attached you will find pictures of our lawn with the crabgrass along with the text message my husband responded back to telling them not come out. Seems like this is a reaccuring issue with this company. So many previous complaints abiut the same thing. Something needs to be done about them.
