On October 15, 2022 I placed an online order with Thunderhead Outfitters (Order #10899), for a conceal carry, tactical vest. 10 days later, on October 25, 2022, I still had not received a shipping notification email from them, so I emailed their customer service email and inquired about the status of my order. A David Feverston emailed me back and said that my order was shipped on October 17, 2022 and provided a FedEx tracking number (#579871677180) that said the package was delivered the day before on October 24, 2022. I was home all day on October 24, 2022 and never received a package- not at my door and not in my mail box. I informed Mr. Feverston about this and he said to file a missing package claim with FedEx. So I did. After FedEx conducted their inquiry into the missing package, they found no issues on their end. They said the package was successfully delivered according to their systems, but said to file a missing package claim with Thunderhead Outfitters. I reached back out to Thunderhead Outfitters several times after this, informing them that FedEx found no issues and said to file a report with them. They only responded once on November 2, 2022 and said that they were working with FedEx to see what they could do. I never received another response after that, even after sending multiple emails asking if they had an update or needed anything from me. Still no response. Unless they can reship another vest to me, I would just like a full refund at this point. I paid for an item, never received it, and now am getting no response at all from Thunderhead. That's bad business.
