I searched for a caterer closest to the Middelfield Ohio area for my daughter's upcoming Baby Shower. Found this caterer on YELP. Researched the website and thought I would try this one because the owner described her background and how she started this business. Communicated via phone calls and emails with Amanda, Lead Coordinator at Consciously Catered. Placed the food order and paid for it. Needed to make a dish swap for the order and was assured it was taken care of. Later requested warming kits and trays to keep the food warm, which is was rebilled for and paid. Day of the event, after several phone calls with Jasmine, the delivery driver, as she was never given the delivery address, food showed up over an hour late, was advised the warming kits were not available, and that I would be credited for that. We carried the food in, and realized I received a dish I did not order, and was missing the corn on the cob that I was expecting. The food was okay. I had to throw out the chicken wings as they were slimy and skin was soggy. I emailed Amanda a few days after the shower, inquiring on when I would be credited for the missing warming kits, and that I did not receive a dish I was expecting. She stated she would surely credit me for the the kits and the missing side dish. A month later, I inquired via phone calls leaving voice messages, emailing Amanda, and Jasmine regarding this issue. I never received a return phone call, nor email from anyone. I want me money that I paid them and did not receive what was paid for.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Good morning *******, my name is *** ********, I just saw the email from you requesting response within seven days. Unfortunately I work 12 hours a day every day and weekends and did not see the email until today. I see that you closed my case, however, it has not been resolved. Reason being they have not credited me the money they were to credit me for the paid warmers and serving dishes and the side that they gave me in error. I am still out the money and expect them to pay me back. They stated that the issue was resolved last month, however, they have not credited the money that they owe me. I want this resolved, or I will reopen the case if needed please let me know, thank you, *** ******** . If needed, you can reach me at ************.
