I went to them for service, was given a verbal quote of $300.and 2week time frame. Its been over 2 months and they will not respond to my questions and will not give me an estimated bill showing how its that much. They keep giving me the run around.Wont answer my calls or text. Owner keeps avoiding me. I just want something done about this before I file a suit in court!!Business response

The business has been in contact with the consumer by Facebook Messenger (December 20, 2022). The consumer originally brought in the unit and could not get is to run. He stated what the problem was and asked the business to fix it. The business made the repair, but found that there were other problems with the unit. The business informed the consumer and was told to fix it as cheaply as possible. All repairs were made and now the consumer will not pay for them. He is requesting an itemized invoice and is saying that he did not authorize the additional repairs. However, the business has the message exchange with the consumer with him stating to fix the unit as cheaply as possible. The consumer is welcome to retrieve his unit providing he pays for the completed work.Customer response
